Tara Ardila is a Learning Strategist and Ontario Certified Teacher who supports children, teens, and young adults in strengthening executive function skills. With 18 years of teaching experience, she empowers students and families to build personalized strategies for organization, time management, and study skills, helping learners feel confident and capable in school and beyond.

Tara Ardila understands that building executive function skills can sometimes feel overwhelming for both students and families. With 18 years of teaching experience, she creates a supportive and encouraging environment where learners feel understood and empowered to make meaningful progress. By listening with care and intention, Tara helps students and their families recognize strengths, clarify challenges, and develop personalized strategies that align with their unique needs.
A learning strategist and Ontario Certified Teacher with specialist qualifications in Special Education, ESL, and Technology Integration, Tara has worked with learners across a wide range of ages, abilities, and backgrounds, and values a balanced approach integrating digital tools with traditional paper-and-pencil methods so that students can build flexible systems for organization, time management, emotional regulation, and study skills.
As a mother of three, Tara knows the pressures young people and families face in balancing school, extracurricular activities, friendships, and family life. She partners with families to provide practical, realistic strategies that can be reinforced at home, fostering consistency and collaboration in the learning process.
Tara believes that strong executive function skills form the foundation for success in school and beyond, and she is committed to helping learners feel confident, capable, and empowered as they grow.
