We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations to avoid any charges. Our therapists invest considerable time and effort in both client sessions and session preparation. To honour their schedule and allow other patients to utilize the time, a charge will be applied for cancellations made within the 48-hour window.

If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly via email at admin@straightuphealth.ca or by calling (647) 250-7579. It is essential to notify us as soon as you become aware of your inability to attend the scheduled appointment. Additionally, you have the option to cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Please be aware that in cases of last-minute illness, appointments can be converted to virtual sessions. Missed appointments without prior cancellation will incur charges.
