Jen Peacock is the Founder and CEO of Straight Up Health, a modern mental health, wellness, and performance clinic for youth, families, and high performers. Based in midtown Toronto and available virtually across Ontario, Jen leads a multidisciplinary team of Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Mental Performance Coaches, and Nutritionists delivering personalized care that actually fits real life.

Under her leadership, Straight Up Health has become known for redefining mental health, not just as a response to crisis, but as a proactive path to clarity, confidence, and growth. From navigating tough emotions to building resilience and performance mindset, Jen’s mission is to make support feel relevant, human, and accessible.

A mom of three, Jen was named the 2025 Branksome Hall Young Alum Achievement Award recipient and has been featured on platforms including HuffPost, CTV News, Global News, RBC, and Baseball Canada, sharing her insights on youth mental health, leadership, and building care that truly connects.
