Meet Cali.
Cali understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and, at times, uncomfortable. She is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space to support you as you start your journey.
Cali values a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, collaboration, and acceptance. She brings an empathetic and compassionate presence to her work, helping you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process. She believes in your inherent strengths and works alongside you to build on them while developing effective coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.
Cali has experience supporting individuals with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, motivation, relationship challenges, and emotion regulation. She takes a client-centered approach, integrating modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness.
Recognizing that each person’s journey is unique, Cali tailors her approach to meet your individual needs. Her goal is to foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
