Meet Cali.
Cali understands that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable and, at times, uncomfortable. As the Client Care Coordinator and Assessment Clinician, she is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment to support you as you begin your journey. By listening to your story with care and intention, Cali helps match you with a therapist whose approach aligns with your unique personality, goals, and challenges.
As a psychotherapist herself, Cali values a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, collaboration, and acceptance. She brings an empathetic and compassionate presence to her work, helping you feel heard, valued, and supported throughout your therapy journey. Cali believes in your inherent strengths and works alongside you to build on them while developing coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.
Cali has experience working with individuals facing a variety of challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, motivation, relationships, and emotion regulation. Cali takes a client-centered approach and integrates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness. She recognizes that each person’s journey is unique and tailors her approach to meet your individual needs. Her goal is to foster a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel empowered to deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and support meaningful personal growth.
