Jake works with young people experiencing a diverse range of mental health needs. He works with young people who are experiencing big thoughts or feelings, experiencing difficult family dynamics or simply looking to develop more skills to handle the harder parts of life.

Jake prioritizes relationship building and will help young people find their worth and recognize their strengths. Jake will help the young people he works with become an active part of the change process. He believes that you are the expert of your own experience, and will consider your voice every step of the way. In his work, he draws on various trauma-focused, attachment-centered, play-based, cognitive, and dialectical behavioural modalities. Jake offers a supportive space for you to explore what is really going on and will help you find a new way forward.
