Meet Hayley.

Hayley understands that starting the therapy process can feel vulnerable, and that having a safe, warm, and supportive environment can make all the difference. As the Client Care Coordinator and Assessment Clinician, she is dedicated to helping clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported from their very first interaction with the clinic. By listening to each client’s story with care and intention, Hayley helps match them with a therapist whose approach, experience, and personality align with their unique needs, goals, and concerns.

As a Registered Social Worker, Hayley strives to foster a compassionate and inclusive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. She believes that each individual brings their own strengths and experiences to the therapeutic process and works collaboratively with clients to build on these strengths while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Hayley has experience supporting individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, perfectionism, motivation, and emotional regulation. Her clinical approach is client-centred and informed by therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. She recognizes that each person’s experience is unique and tailors her approach to meet their individual needs and goals.
