Erin has been practicing clinical social work for over 25 years in community, hospital and school based settings, supporting children, youth and parents. She draws on proven approaches that help clients make real, lasting changes in their lives.
At the heart of Erin’s practice is building meaningful, respectful relationships. She takes a genuine interest in your unique strengths, challenges and goals; and works alongside you to develop greater self-acceptance, and connection with the people who matter most in your life.
Erin has a special interest in emotion regulation and the nervous system. She can help you understand your own coping patterns and guide you in learning practical ways to achieve a calm mind and body. With these tools, you can strengthen your ability to manage stress, difficult thoughts and emotions while also feeling more present, in control, and better able to meet life’s challenges.
