Jill Amirault
Client Care Assistant, Master of Social Work Practicum Student
Jill is passionate about supporting youth and young adults navigating challenges that affect their mental health, performance, and overall well-being. Drawing on experience in social work, social media, and community building, Jill understands how connection, online pressures, and life transitions shape the way people cope and thrive across athletic, academic, online, and personal settings.
Meet Jill.
Jill takes a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to counselling, focused on helping clients feel understood and equipped with tangible tools they can use in daily life. Jill prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals can explore what they're facing, manage stress, and build resilience at their own pace.
In practice, Jill hopes to support individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and the pressures of teenage years or young adulthood.
Jill has a particular interest in the pressure of perfection created online along with athletic women’s mental health. She understands the demands of balancing performance, identity, and well-being. Beyond individual work, Jill is committed to community-based athletic initiatives and to expanding access to care through digital mental health.
