He prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals can process life’s challenges, manage daily stress, and navigate the pressures that come with both personal growth and competitive pursuits.
In his clinical practice, Andrew has experience supporting individuals with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, stress, and relationship dynamics. He primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating other evidence-based modalities to fit each client's unique needs.
Alongside traditional therapy, Andrew specializes in mental performance coaching. While he frequently works with athletes ranging from youth and high school to college and pro levels, his performance work extends to anyone looking to excel in their domain, whether in sport, academics, corporate leadership, or creative pursuits.
