Meet Hailey

Her work centers on building high-impact partnerships, launching innovative programs, and leading brand and marketing strategies that make youth mental health care more proactive, accessible, and effective.

Beyond her professional role, Hailey is the Founder and Executive Director of the Women’s Nonprofit Network (WNN), a national organization dedicated to advancing women’s leadership in Canada’s nonprofit sector. Under her leadership, WNN is building a powerful, supportive community that champions recognition, well-being, and meaningful opportunities for women — ensuring they feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive both personally and professionally.

Previously, Hailey led a national youth mental health charity for six years, overseeing marketing, programs, development, and organizational growth. She is also a published author, having written See Me: Becoming Your Authentic Self, a mental health book she penned as a youth to help others navigate their own journeys with authenticity, success, and happiness.

Known for her strategic mindset, creative execution, and deep commitment to equity, Hailey helps mission-driven organizations turn bold ideas into lasting impact.

Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog Crumpet, traveling the world, and training for HYROX competitions.
