At Straight Up Health, we take a holistic approach, combining nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset coaching to support you on your wellness journey.

We work with a wide range of clients with ailments related to gut issues, hormonal imbalances, weight loss/weight gain, blood sugar, energy, and stress management. We thrive on giving youth, young adults, and adults the tools and accountability they need to make sustainable changes for long-term success.

Meet Your Nutritionist: Kelsey McKibbon

From weekly coaching and healthy, simple meal planning, Kelsey provides easily digestible programs that range from 4-to 12 weeks and more, all while making sure it works into your life and schedule. She looks at each individual with a different approach and truly believes that everyone needs a tailored program encompassing nutrition, coaching, lifestyle, and habit changes. She loves helping her clients learn how to have fun with cooking and being active while creating an overall healthy relationship with food and movement. She enjoys talking about the science behind the importance of superfoods, water intake, certain vitamins and minerals, and why some foods are better than others for our overall health.

Through strong relationship building and trust, we will work together to work towards weekly goals and habit forming to achieve a healthy body and overall mindset.

Nutrition Packages

  • 3 month program $1580 + tax

    Initial assessment and consultation:

    • Intake form to be filled out prior to our 1:1 consultation

    • 45 - 90 minute thorough consultation via Zoom or in-person to go over intake and discuss clients symptomatology

    A custom plan to fit your individual needs:

    • A detailed program that is easily digestible outlining:

    1. What my findings are and simple tools that can be implemented in order to make substantial outcomes and changes in your daily life

    2. Foods to eat and foods to avoid and why

    3. Supplementation recommendations with a detailed description of why I selected this for you along with a timing chart on when to take it.

    4. Lifestyle recommendations that will help guide you towards your goals while incorporating sustainable weekly intentions and habits

    5. Weekly accountability & check-in coaching meetings (15-30 minutes) in person, over zoom, or over the phone to discuss how your week has been, what is working, and where could use improvement and refinement while reestablishing your goals and habit formation

    6. (3) meal plans with 25-30 meals and snacks to suit your sensitivities/ allergies, aversions, and preferences

    7. Daily text and email support

  • $720 + tax

    Initial Intake:

    • Intake form to be filled out prior to our 1:1 consultation so I can get a better idea of what your goals and intentions are going to be over the next 6 weeks

    Custom 6 week 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching Sessions:

    Over the 6 weeks we will meet (in person is preferred but virtual of course an option) where we will cover all things:

    • Nutrition:

    1. How it fuels our bodies from the inside out

    2. How what we eat directly impacts our mood and the way we physically feel

    3. How eating a wide variety of whole foods can taste so good and be so nourishing for our gut and mind

    4. What foods are best for you, what foods I advise you to avoid on a regular basis, and why

    5. Cooking tips and tools

    6. A simple class to go over the foundations of cooking and how to prepare a meal using basic ingredients

    • Lifestyle:

    1. How to create and develop new habits along with how to unlearn past behaviours that may no longer be serving you

    2. How to implement simple tools and changes into your daily life that make a profound difference

    3. How to maximize your time and efforts on tasks on a daily basis
