How It Works

Courage & Calm is built to be interactive, supportive, and practical—giving girls the tools they need to face anxiety while involving parents every step of the way.

  • Interactive & Practical: Each session includes role-play, exercises, and personalized tools designed for real-life anxiety management.

  • Parent-Supported: Parents are guided on how to reinforce skills at home, track progress, and provide ongoing encouragement.

  • Evidence-Based: Grounded in CBT, exposure therapy, and self-compassion strategies proven to reduce anxiety and build resilience.

  • Empowering: Girls learn to face fears, gain confidence, and manage emotions effectively.

Throughout the program, progress is monitored through behavioral changes and reduced anxiety levels. Parents receive updates, tools, and homework guidance to keep skills strong at home. The final session ensures every family leaves with a clear plan for continued growth and relapse prevention.
