Victoria Pulla, MSW RSW

Registered Social Worker

Victoria works with youth, young adults and families to support them through their mental health journey, often in the areas of anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, stress, self-esteem, relationship building, school difficulties and life transitions.

Meet Victoria.

Victoria has worked with individuals who have experienced trauma and loss and understands the impact this can have on your physical, emotional and mental well-being. It takes courage to try something new or uncomfortable and Victoria acknowledges you for taking the first step to inquire about therapy. She holds a safe space for you to navigate the successes and challenges on your journey and will shine the light on your unique gifts and strengths. She offers opportunities for you to reflect on life’s moments from different perspectives while providing a non-judgmental and compassionate approach.

Victoria is grounded in mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She is also a yoga and breathwork teacher and integrates these practices into sessions to create an embodied experience for you. Victoria recognizes that your path is unique to you, therefore sessions are individualized and built collaboratively so that you feel supported and empowered throughout this process. She focuses on building a trusting and authentic relationship with you, while guiding you to discover that same connection within yourself.
